We hope you like the product you have purchased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is returned in new condition.

- We do not accept returns on custom products, clearance, backlog items, events, and rush orders.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met.
- The plant must be unopened.
- The plant must be in its original packaging.
- The plant must not be damaged.
To ensure that the above criteria are met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the criteria listed, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
If any of the items we deliver to you are damaged or defective, we will gladly replace or refund them. Please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. You can contact our team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return and exchange process
1) Email customer service: email@example.com.
Make sure to include the following in your email.
- Order or invoice number.
- Name of the order.
- A detailed explanation of the error.
- Any other important details.
Your email will be answered promptly.
2) If a return is approved, dpartificialflowers will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number). You must write your RMA number on the outside of the box you send back to us.
3) All returns must be sent via Fed Ex, UPS, Registered Mail, or any other delivery service that can track the package and requires a signature upon delivery. If you do not obtain an RMA number, your return will not be accepted.
4) Mail your item(s) with your RMA number to.

5) Once your item has been received by dpartificialflowers and checked for accuracy, we will initiate a refund, which will arrive in your account within 1-3 business days.
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts and intentions, mistakes do sometimes occur. When they do, we will not hesitate to replace the item(s).
We support the cancellation of orders within 2 hours of the payment. We will process your order cancellation request within 24 hours. If your order has already been processed for shipment, we do not support cancellations as we are unable to retrieve your order from the parcel pile.
